The Rev. Larry S. Howard is founding member and former president of the Alliance of Communities Transforming Syracuse (ACTS) and is a former pastor of Hopps Memorial C.M.E. Church.

He now lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is the pastor of Central United Methodist Church in Colorado Springs.
